Sugar Cookie Body Scrub

Sugar Cookie Body Scrub

My daughter and I already used up our batch of Cucumber White Tea Body Scrub, time to make a new kind!

I’m growing quite a collection of go to DIY Body Scrubs! So far, I have had them last up to 2 months sitting on my bathroom counter!  What a bonus…they may have lasted longer, but I used them up! See my other recipes…Cucumber White Tea Body Scrub, Spearmint Rose Petal Body Scrub, Strawberry Lemonade Body Scrub, Lemon Spearmint Body Scrub and DIY Brown Sugar Honey Foot Scrub.

When I bought the White Tea Fragrance Oil for my last body scrub, there was also a Sugar Cookie Fragrance, as well.  Sugar Cookie is one of my favorite scents for candles, so I definitely had to make a body scrub using it!

1/2 cup white sugar

4 tbsp. coconut oil Viva Naturals Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, 16 Ounce)

2 tsp. Wilton 710-4065 Rainbow Nonpareils Food Decorative, 7.5-Ounce

10 drops Sugar Cookie Fragrance (Sugar Cookies Fragrance Oil – Premium Grade Scented Oil – 30ml)

Put into a container and you are ready to use to exfoliate your tired body parts. Just rub into your skin– rinse with warm water and towel dry. That simple. Great for using on your feet or hands or anywhere!

The recipe makes more than enough for a few uses. This should allow for at least 12 applications – depending on how many body parts you exfoliate! Remember you can refrigerate or leave on your bathroom counter. My scrubs last at least 2 months sitting out with no refrigeration (results may vary).

Keep for yourself or give as a gift!

I love the idea of making my own body scrubs because they use ingredients you already have in your pantry or garden and because you know what every ingredient is– no weird things that you don’t know what they are or how to pronounce them!
